Poor hubs, had his heart set on scratch buttermilk pancakes this morning. He found the recipe, bought the buttermilk and has been waiting for Christmas morning to make them. Wouldn't you know it, all we had was whole wheat flour. SOMEONE used the last of the white flour and FAILED to inform the person who actually BUYS the groceries. So instead of waiting until we got some new flour, he forged ahead making whole wheat buttermilk pancakes. hahahaaa... The chickens had a lovely pancake breakfast!
