Granny's gone and done it again

I bought a salt block when I first moved here. It sat there for a long time til it finally melted. I wanna say 2 yrs but not sure I am remembering right. Never did see a deer on it.
Nice pic Camping. DD rocking them cowboy boots
Rain is why i want to make a roof over so it doesn't melt. There are a lot of deer here, thinking they will smell it.

You need a little kids sled or something to drag the water out there. Use gallon containers with a cap on, fill them at the house, and drag them to the coop. Even a kid's snow saucer would work well on the snow. Dragging 5 gallons is easier than carrying one. For no snow, look for a little wheeled wagon. Or have Robert do the toting. He wouldn't have to go into the coop. You shouldn't be carrying something that heavy so far.

4 gal. of water toted from the house. Gave the LF one gal. Hope it is enough. If I have to do that every day its gonna be a pita but I think it was better then the hose. Back is charlie horsing
I use my wagon, though i have a hose running up there. The wagon is very easy to pull. Might work for you granny. You could probably get a used one cheap.

Robert isnt go to help/ I dont care if there was a $50. in it for him. I have his lil red wagon from his childhood. I use it a lot. I never tried dragging weight . I dont know how it would slid. water is a little downhill. Not real bad.

Few of these or old milk containers

one of these... and you don't have to carry. You have to protect yourself.
