That's why I would attach it up higher if possible. It will rush out, then you will only need to worry about low places. As long as the end is lower than the rest, it should drain pretty well.
without adding something the highest I could attach is the run and then I would need to add hose if I want it to reach . 6ft I think

Right now I hold it over my head and walk it out.
If the hose is draped over at the top of the run, you could probably just tie a loop of rope around the hose and slide it down the length of the hose as you walk back to the faucet. Make the loop so it raises the hose to about the height of your knee with your arm hanging straight while you grip the top of the loop. Of course, you have to unscrew the hose from the faucet first, so that means two trips walking back and forth, but at least you don't have to carry anything heavy.

Adding a small 15-20 ft length of hose would solve it easy... if you can find hose this time of year. Harbor Freight should have them! :) Also, having the metal screw together part of the hose on top of the highest point will help prevent kinks in the hose.

I would disconnect the bottom hose and the stock tank heater should keep the bottom drain/outlet from freezing. You don't really get that cold down there
the tank I was looking at is 100 gallon and has some type of plug already in the bottom. Not sure its made for a garden hose but to drain the tank .
