So I would still be doing what im doing now just not as high ?If the hose is draped over at the top of the run, you could probably just tie a loop of rope around the hose and slide it down the length of the hose as you walk back to the faucet. Make the loop so it raises the hose to about the height of your knee with your arm hanging straight while you grip the top of the loop. Of course, you have to unscrew the hose from the faucet first, so that means two trips walking back and forth, but at least you don't have to carry anything heavy.
Adding a small 15-20 ft length of hose would solve it easy... if you can find hose this time of year. Harbor Freight should have them!Also, having the metal screw together part of the hose on top of the highest point will help prevent kinks in the hose.
