I havent told Tom yet my /our plans for a stock tank. Wondering if it will fit in the car. Need to find the deicer and make sure it still works and thinking of a couple braces for the top to hold a tarp up. Then where the best spot for it would be. I am guessing the deicers do best without an extension cord but dont think I can avoid it. I sure hope this works

No, don't worry. He is the king of falling in love with a pet, and then losing interest. #1 takes care of Lupin, the parakeet #2 got 9 yrs ago. Hubs has taken over most of the care of Chicory, the mini rex bun he got 8 yrs ago, and I care for the Seramas which he got 5 yrs ago. He has been looking into reptiles. hahaa NO WAY! His next pet will be something that happens when he is completely on his own.

Not all extension cords are created equally, either. You want a heavy duty one for outdoor use. They do lose power over distance, but deicers are generally out in the open away from things, so it can be done!

In state tuition is much cheaper than out of state for public schools, but CA is a BIG state. It would be good if he got a different experience though, saw some of the world. A lot depends on where he can get in. Perdue is a good engineering school. You know where that is?
