Salad bar and extra cookies- triple chocolate. It’s a yearly group and these were adults who have come before so they know that I NEVER run out of food. I always have so much extra. I took their meals off the bill and offered them free drinks/sweets from the canteen. They were satisfied with the salad bar and extra cookies. I had chili and the rice wasn’t done for a full hour after supper.

I have no idea what happened. I cooked 20lbs beef and 16 cans beans, plus all the juice and veggies I cut up. It should’ve been plenty. Next time I’ll water it down more.

I have been running in and out all evening. Almost forgot to cover the plants after dealing with new rabbits and chicken issues. It is down in the teens with windchill!

Nope. That’s 80 sandwiches. They come through a serving line and I fix their plates. Drinks and salad are self-serve.
