pretty but you might need a very strong structure to support the vines when it gets older.

Yes, it's a type pf grass. Not sure exactly what type of climate it needs. I'd be very careful about getting the right type. Sounds like once it's in, very hard to get rid of it if you change your mind.Wishing, are they evergreen?
I think all that is done by automation and form letters. Not like someone saw it and made the decision... decision already made by whoever wrote the computer program. Sis had a similar problem with her loan... so stupid, they ended up paying for a check, envelope, and postage to refund her 4 cents! I imagine there are people out there who would have demanded those 4 pennies, but what a waste.Heres a good one for ya, I got mail from treasurer and home loan yesterday. Mortgage says I am not living up to my end of the loan by owing property tax. Treasurer says I owe back taxes. Seems they contacted the mortgage co, before they did me. Nasty letter says if they are forced to take care of this themselves.. bla bla bla...
I know for fact I paid what was owed. I went down there and did it.
The amount in question> $4.05
the wisteria has pulled my arbor apart and it was well made. I know cause I made it. 2x4s cemented and 3in. screws at the joints , braces, ect...pretty but you might need a very strong structure to support the vines when it gets older.
