What? The sun going down already? Oh heck i never get used to that.
Hubby was giving me hell for backing the truck down by the goat barn to unload the cages. I drive the mule down there all the time! So the truck got stuck because it was a little muddy. I just left it and walked to the house. He was all bent out of shape, why would you park there, you knew it rained etc. Well i didn't see anyone showing up to help unload... and in the end just leaving it there worked because the ground froze overnight.

Looks cool and maybe it was trimmed that way but I need coverage down to the ground. Bloody obnoxious dogs....

Yeah, in that pic it's been stripped to the ground, which sis would do since it's a narrow area between her deck and fence that needs the screening.

You have cyclone fence with the dog neighbors? Might be worth getting some sort of solid privacy screen that you can attach to your fence, at least 4 feet up. There will be holes in any hedge, and dogs will concentrate all their barking at the holes. I have see dogs obsess over a little viewing hole... guard it constantly and bark bark bark. So annoying. Then plant the pretty hedge on your side to block the ugly fence!
They even have faky green ones you can put up.

took a couple years but what I did in Mi. I came to In. and dug a bunch of ceders up and planted in a space just like the pic of the pool and after they got taller then the privacy fence I started trimming lower branches. It ended up just like a big tree touching each other without taking up and yard room.
