bet they may slow down if a cop was posted there.

They used to have a highway patrol officer sitting out for a day after an accident. Too many now and there aren't very many places they can sit on that road... no room. Us locals know the spot they use and always slow down in time so they rarely catch anyone.

DH made kale chips! Surprisingly tasty.

Hope he baked them! I had some in a restaurant once... deep fried with salt... delicious. Salty grease, you can't miss with that combo!

NOW somehow that sounds more appetizing then "kale chips" Although for salty grease you can't really beat a big ole' plate of bacon.

Baked! Tossed in olive oil and garlic herb and in the oven a few minutes. Delicious!

I had bacon and tomato sandwich on oatmeal bread for lunch. So good!
