Yes, because it’s not deep fried. Just a tbsp oil for the whole pan, and a few shakes of salt. Veggie oil should work.
My wrist gets a nervous condition when ever it picks up a salt shaker
 
so after you add all that saly and oil are they really better for you then chips ? And can you use veggie oil or do you have to have the umm, burn point oil ?
I think what it is , the point at which each oil will smoke, depending on which oil you use. Each one will be different, sunflower, olive, avocado, etc. 450 F or 500F or whatever.
 
You guys are making me want some kale chips.
We had tacos tonight for my bros birthday, we always make the favorite food of the birthday person. I can never get portions right for the inside of a burrito lol I need bigger wraps for all the lettuce I use :lau

During camp for tacos I make them serve meat with a table spoon. Otherwise they overfill.

That’s what I used lol I don’t usually put meat in it cause I’m not a fan of hamburger meat.

I did a tiny thin line of meat, sprinkle of onion & tomatoe, little bit of cheese and sauce. Then BAM tons of lettuce :lau No matter the size of the wrap it’s always like 95% lettuce. Then I can’t roll it up.
