Camping, you are inspiring me. Kale chips and avocado oil... haven't tried either, but I'm going to! We have coconut oil and sunflower oil for higher heat, but looks like avocado wins!

Im sorryOh, poor granny. I learned when I ruined some expensive ingredients because the oil burned before the food cooked. Also hubs, sis, brother, and dad all LIKE to cook, so I pick it up. I am the alien. It's very science-ey though, so I like some things, like smoke point and how yeasts work.
Alas, I must serve my time in the TC now. sigh
so after you add all that saly and oil are they really better for you then chips ? And can you use veggie oil or do you have to have the umm, burn point oil ?
