I think granny saying Trump can smoke pot but she can't is because she thinks he lives in your state!
Granny, Washington state where Linda lives (with green smoke clouds!) is a different place than Washington DC. Across the country. Anyway, Trump doesn't smoke, drink alcohol, or do any drugs.

Latitude lines... tells you how far north you are.
Rochester is 46.8281° N
Dickinson is 46.8792° N
So looks like Twist is a bit farther north, but I think it's too close to call. One degree of latitude is 68.7 miles and you guys differ by .05 degrees, so that's less than 4 miles. Depending on exactly where you live compared to where they have placed the center of your town, Linda could still win, especially if she is north of Rochester. I think.
