well no snow to speak of YES but a number of cold(ish) snaps/spells just not for as long at one time as usual BUT I am in the "banana belt" of North Dakota

got some good news on the "home Farm/partnership" found a cash renter so we are set for how ever many years both sides want to and all verbal. He is our cousin.

means the "warmer" section of ND and even in a different planting zone then the rest of the state.
