Sorry about the extras it shared. Must be family over the years have revamped the recipe. Mine is more like a cake, you slice it in half & slather it with lots of butter & strawberry jam.

Its in my back yard. I feed it to the chickens as a treat. I do remove the berries cause I just dont know about them. They love it. It is bitter.

neighbor was going to show me how she she made dandelion jelly, said it was peppery. I went over there and she had passed away. Her DH had already moved a woman in.
