I'm from the north so have not grown up with collard greens, mustard greens & such. We tend to eat our greens in salad form here.

over here we tend to feed them to animals and then eat the animal

Its in my back yard. I feed it to the chickens as a treat. I do remove the berries cause I just dont know about them. They love it. It is bitter.

Yeah, i don't think the seeds are good to eat.

neighbor was going to show me how she she made dandelion jelly, said it was peppery. I went over there and she had passed away. Her DH had already moved a woman in.
