A place like that would be like my cooking if I have to pick the spices out and mine sucks.

They give you some simple recipes to follow if you want. The spices are in the cooking oil you choose , or broth if you don't want oil. I love all the veggie choices and choice of meats too.

haha! They have the hot stuff labeled. Red is usually spicy. Most of it isn't and teriyaki is sweet.
