Granny's gone and done it again

I chop up a lot of onion, garlic and mushrooms, brown some ground meat, add spices and red wine, and toss on some jar sauce (prefab sauce!) and simmer it for awhile. My eyes are still stinging from the dang onions. I's a tad bit sensitive. :cool:
When you chop your onions, do it at arms length. The fumes float up, not so much out. Less eye burning that way!
