Aw, too bad. It probably choked. Birds have a different anatomy than us... very hard to strangle. Found this out from an avian vet holding a parakeet around it's neck. Said it can breathe just fine.

what odd looking tomatoes !

I think they are a type of "paste" tomatoes very meaty great for sauces and pastes. And my personal preference for eating on a sammie. The bread doesn't dissolve

That would work perfectly for your camp I would recommend only planting shallow roots things in them. There wouldn't be enough dirt for things like carrots or tomatoes.

It is my baby boy's birthday today! John Paul is 30 today. At MSG watching his favorite hockey team play. Canadain blooded!

I put the tolbunts in the run again. some are walking around a little and some are just laying where I set them. I never seen such a bunch of dumb chickens in my life.
