Granny's gone and done it again

No silkies, but I still have two cochins. They’re still half crippled. The lavender amerecauna was one I lost today.
:hitHope the Cochins make it. They could be your special chickens. Help spread awareness to the littles at camp about disabilities.

funny thing is, this man has a really good rep around here.
so did the woman I got the silkies from. She’s NPIP now, shipping birds and eggs.

unbelievable. good idea about the disabled chicks.

Lisa, we're having thunderstorms tomorrow as a front blows through. The overnight lows will be in the 40s and 50s all week. Will this shock my seedlings if I plant them now? Can I plant them in the afternoon when the ground is warm or do I need to bring them in at night this week? They’ve been outside on the porch for about a week.

I got my jubs from the same guy
Luck of the draw. He must have had good stock to begin with. I see people selling breeding "trios" and most of the time they are related and from the same parents. Should not be bred together... too much inbreeding.

I know right? That’s why I keep records of where birds came from. If I’m asked I can tell. Btw apparently other people she’s sold too haven’t had problems. Maybe I got a bad batch?

I have good ideas now and then lol can’t think straight half the time but oh well!
