I will tryThanks!I believe in you! It’s not that bad, just a day at a time. I start every morning with 2 eggs. Sometimes it’s downhill from there, and sometimes I can stay on track. But it’s important to me to start every single day the same, regardless of what happened the day before. Giving up because of yesterday is the easiest and absolute worst thing we can do.
