I have been invited to a wedding. 2 actually. Told them I couldnt come. I dont own a dress. Makes me too sad to watch. That excuse worked for one of them but not the other.

Tell them that it is upsetting for you sometimes and as much as you want to be there, you do not want to be a rain cloud on their day
