She was, hubby & I have practically raised her since her momma was so young when she had her. She would live here if she could lol. Not often that a 16 yr old wants to spend time with their grandparents. We take advantage of it when we can.

Some thrift stores around here are so poorly layed out you can hardly even walk through them, much less look through all the junk piled up

She did not look well. Just like the others i lost. On the skinny side and depressed. I have one Polish pullet that is having issues walking. It never ends.

Yes. They had burn piles and threw everything in there. Bottles, aluminum cans and then they shot them .
There was a huge tree down by the river that they shot so much it died. And the shell casings are all over the place. When i rains, some of the dirt washes away and then there are more shell casings. I have picked up buckets of them, literally!

Might could get money for good brass. Dad used to make DH climb through the garbage cans at the range to dig the brass out.

Amish dont . They just build a coffin and put them in the yard.

Its all full of dirt and even rust on some of them. Shot gun plastic shells, all kinds of junk. Hubby got me a metal detector for Xmas.
