Totally agree with your DH ! I love the old words. New ones not so much. Like, if I was like going somewhere and you like wanted to come you should like ask me.And no enlarged heart.

Hubs says we should keep the old words alive, keep using them... like cockamamie, one of his personal favorites.
Thankful for that. The power would have went out for sure. And been off forever. Last time was 5 days....

crabs! How cute! Better stock up on some bigger shells. He can even paint them! I used to have a few when I was in my teens. They look freaky without shells.

I see 10 gal. at the junk stores a lot for $5.00We got five extra shells that are kind of fancy, and we can go to the local beaches for more of the plain kind. I’m super excited to feed them table scraps. We picked up sand, shell bits, and little pieces of driftwood from the beach for them. They’re in that tiny little house, but DH couldn’t be fooled into getting the 10gal tank. He was excited, but not that excited.![]()

yep, in the winter. The ice busted a line in the backyard. Whole road was out.5 days ! I couldnt cope ! I lost my water heater for 5 days. whew ! Talk about ripe.
And no enlarged heart.

wow ! That had to be terrible. Last time we lost it for any length of time we went all night and next morning. I took off to Mcdonalds w/ a thermos and filled it and 4 lg. got home, set it on the table and the lights came on. hahaaayep, in the winter. The ice busted a line in the backyard. Whole road was out.
