pups are developing "itchy toothies" everything must be chomped and mouthed/tasted, this includes towels, Blankets, newpapers, dishes , pans and MOST importantly each other and this is all parts OH and themselves also

don't think so. BUT it doesn't matter how much he "wants/claims" he can farm he is still going to have to spray/control weeds on the entire property instead of us(partnership) having to pay for it.
