Compared to other cakes I have made this one took more work, but it is very worth it. I will have to see if I can find the episode for some more tips on them. This was my third year making it, and I try to improve each time! I think to achieve a better "wiggle" a deeper springform may help this go around.

This is the link to Lottie's Toadstool Japanese Jiggly cake recipe from the Great British Bake Off show ~ it won her Star Baker for Japanese Week. I watched the show on Netflix. The Netflix website calls it The Great British Bake Off ~ Collection 8 Episode 6 that Lottie is on... however the Bake Off website says she's Series 11 recipes on the website. Have fun!

TeeHee! You should watch The Great British Bake Off Show on Netflix or go to their website to see the most unusual ideas in baking ~ cookies, pies, international themes, decorated cookie/cake scenes, gingerbread houses, year-round holiday theme bakes, baked hanging mobiles, and so much more! All 16 seasons/series are posted w/ contestants for each season, their best recipe entries, & the written ingredients. I peruse the website for hours & re-watch the shows multiple times.

Here is the layered latticed vegetarian loaf I made from a Bake Off contestant recipe ~ because there was no meat, it didn't get the crust soggy during baking.:
