I WOULD make a fourth entry, except that I’m extremely sick. I’m actually bedridden right now because of a very bad virus.

Three entries will have to do for me.

Japanese wiggle cakes are incredible... saw one made in the Great British Bake Off TV series!
Compared to other cakes I have made this one took more work, but it is very worth it. I will have to see if I can find the episode for some more tips on them. This was my third year making it, and I try to improve each time! I think to achieve a better "wiggle" a deeper springform may help this go around.
