Please ignore the duct tape. I went overboard and well I like purple lol managed to slip 4 shelves in. The bottom one was the first we built and was a uh oh. Air flow is still good! Temp is even throughout.

never had. The only emu I ever had was as a steak and then they coated it in "blackening seasoning" so didn't eat most of it any way. SOB's should of had that in the menu danger Will Robinson were are going to fark up your steak with HOT peppers.

BUT the meat is very red and dense. Flavor I honestly wouldn't know.

Gross the eggs were awful, I wouldn't know about the meat, but in my opinion stay away from the eggs
