I can make copies BUT still no signature from an actual vet BUT they made sure to include a business card on the folder.

And then they wanted an email or cell number so they can text or email me for "wellness exams and shots" instead of sending a post card. I told her for $55.00 a wellness exam they could afford a postcard. Receptionist's comment was she "would make sure to tell Dr Shelly that." and I am waiting for a call back on the health cert.

I have delt with companys like that before and knowing full well I wont be back I pretend I will and they make everything right then I tell them to shove off.

wellness check = they listen to the heart , check inside the ears, look at teeth and then ask if you have any concerns. Then usually offer advice about teeth cleaning and the fatness of your dog. THATS IT !!!!! shots are extra

lol I tend to "take no prisoners" when dealing with "new fangled BS" or health care providers.
