I must of pulled a muscle today. Right below my belly on the left. I hope its not a stone. Those things are killing me.

I hope not either, those are painful & you get them often.

That went down pretty easy. I had meat and green beans mixed together then I threw a butter bread in just to jump start my sugar.
Kidney stones. I am prone to them. I think this last xray showed 3? If Im remembering right close to my bladder. BUT I strained really hard in the bathroom today.

Well ladies, I think I'm going to head off to bed. I need to start somewhere unless I want to be sleeping until noon. Maybe a good idea though. Darn weatherman said the 4 letter word again. Praying that we wont get any.
