Pert, how is Texas doing today? Fog has burned off here, and there is a beautiful blue sky up there. Only downside it now I have to wear a hat. I always crash into low hanging branches wearing a hat. Yeah, I'm cool.

We not too bad. Clear and 85 or so. Calm winds. Oughta be out doing something but nah, it's the Sabbath.

So, I put my foot down w/ Robert. I didnt ask, I told. You are going to mow the back yard today. There is no one else to do it and it cant wait any longer. You will need to do it 2 xs to get it short enough. He never said a word. All of a sudden we lost tv, wind picked up and it started pouring rain. No rain called for today. He giggled and went back to his room.

Oh my goodness. You can't win. Tomorrow, tomorrow, there's always tomorrow!

Well I pulled a granny in dollar general. It was hot in the car, air barely works. Feeling bad so we stopped at DG to get stuff for supper and cold drinks. Stomach was feeling worse, passed some noxious gas that nearly killed us. Clenched up, bathrooms were out of order. I made it home, but just barely.

Bubba is rag doll limp and can’t tell me if he’s too hot or too cold. He drank some water. Most of the games were in the shade but I think he’s a little sunsick.

Stinky feet cheese

Limburger!! My mom bought it once when we were kids, just for kicks. I couldn't get past the smell to even think about trying it. Now I know why!! Look what it says about Limburger cheese-

Once it reaches three months, the cheese produces its notorious smell because of the bacterium used to ferment Limburger cheese and many other smear-ripened cheeses. This is Brevibacterium linens, the same one found on human skin that is partially responsible for body odor and particularly foot odor.

You tell him God gave him a reprieve today because it's Sunday, but TOMORROW is grass cutting day or else! Or else there will be a HUGE storm INSIDE the house!

Camping, did that Ridgeback have any issues with the other animals? bothering the chickens or anything like that? Ours were always really good, but I know they are sight hounds and will chase. They use them for boar hunting in the northern part of CA. At least they used to. Very popular here in the late 70s and 80s.
