He has had hernias repaired. This is in his scrotum...

That could be a hernia or polyps has he had a colonoscopy recently if not you should schedule for one

many yrs back we got a mri of his whole body that showed he was full of clots/plak in the arteries he is having calf pain , its hot and his toes are purple .

Maybe. He was "fixed" so i couldn't get pregnant again. Not sure if that effects the possibilities.
