Same here. Jumped to low 80s yesterday and today with humidity. Supposed to go down to something tolerable tomorrow.

no, just soap and water. I found 3 tubes of antibiotic ointment and all 3 have been used on chickens so I wont use it.

I have 3 broody momma's like that. Have never had such mean momma's. The Icelandic hen even flogged me in the stomach for trying to get her chick back in the coop. By the time I got a hold of it & then her I could have easily squeezed just a bit harder around her neck. I hate birds like that, she will be replaced this fall. The other 2 mean Momma's have been my full blooded Serama & Ya Betty from you. They have finally started to relax a little, but their chicks are 4 or 5 weeks old now.

We've been running 90° with 85% humidity. Very unlike our region. That might be something you see in August for a few days, but definately not May.

hahaa Im sorry. They are good mamas after they get a couple hatches under their belt. This is that black and white mottled mix. I have had her for a very long time.
