First day, she was fabulous. Next day I opened the coop to phsyco bird. She ended up hatching 2 eggs, but she trampled the one chick in one of her tirades.

I gave her the 4 chicks back she pecked everyone of them in the head.

When Robert came home he asked why the sky was so pink. I said go get the garbage and get back in here. I dont like that. garbage didnt run, No mail..

That it does Pert. I don't know how you stand living in Texas. I would absolutely die. Wherever I live has to be weather friendly for the most part. I am outside 24/7 & doing it in high temps is not fun.

Oh I've given up doing anything outside except mowing early in the day. Quit trying to garden a number of years ago. Afraid I was working my well too hard. That would be a disaster even though I have a second well. It just worried me too much
