Wear some gloves!     Learn as much as you can.  All those practical skills are very useful.  HVAC is heating and air conditioning.

Haven't done either flock,plan on taking courses at the local community college. They do a lot of vocational schooling there, but I plan on using scholarships to help pay for most of it, the bovine AI I have to go through the vet school for a two week course but there enough cattle people I can make a decent living from that. I
