Oh, that's great. I looked up their website... same ones that do the transportation, but only in the counties they serve, so not to hospital in Cincy.
Says they will link you up to resources you need that they don't offer and help find funding with the goal of keeping the person at home instead of in an institution. One of the best things they might help you with are prepared meals for Tom... especially on those days pain makes cooking too hard.
