The 4 calves are doing well, Porter was in "time out" for most of the day, no idea what he did to tork all the ladies off.

Yaks are too big, i am down sizing to mini goats. Get tired of being pushed around. Mini yaks would be neat!

well a yak steer maxes out in the 700 lb area.

I think Lu is tired of being in season, or at least tired of Yuri jumping her constantly (no lock that I have seen) Stupid Yuri thinks he need to climb a ladder while mounting her.
So any way Lu has sort of taken to scooting around with her bottom barely off the ground.

We were at the burn pit today. nothing but a pile of bones where the calf was and Enola's hip bones were sticking out and about 1/4 of her head is down to bare bone already. I was shocked as how fast they are/have decomposed less then 2 weeks max and probably closer to about 9 days.

I have been thinking of not breeding Mini. It is really hard to get good homes for dogs. And all the testing is expensive. Maybe i can talk DH into getting a smallish dog instead.
