uhmm, there are ways of fixing that problem.

I have had cochins, but did not raise them, so don't know how they develop. I remember my 2 hens had fairly small combs and wattles. Will be interesting to see how yours grow.

I am trying to get some spare ribs in a marinade for tomorrow. We are having a family dinner over at sis's for July 4. #1 bought fire works today. Her town is one of the few in the county that allows them.
Got to get back to finding a good recipe.

I took my PP at the store. Took it too late to help. I hit their bathrooms front and back of the store. No riding carts and we were moving like snails.

Got to cut up the ribs and get them in the bag to marinate over night. Back in a bit.

I dont know the flavor of any of those things but sounds like you are really working hard at having a great meal.
