There’s no ac in the breeder’s chick house. It was super hot and sticky, and her gks were aggravating her. She was fanning like crazy, and wasn’t sure what some of them were. I picked a few and asked how much I owed. She said “SALE! $2 each.” So I got 8 For sure there are 2 gold-laced Wyandottes, then the others are either amerecauna or olive egger, and one might be a coronation Sussex.

DD brought me an apron with a bunch of pockets in the front. she thought it would be good to collect eggs. Looks like a size med. Its home made. I hope I can find someone to use it. Then she got me a dress. blue jean w/ embroidery . Should look good with my chicken crap shoes. LOL The boys were so dark and their hair bleached from the sun.

Well my poor little CCLs were so well behaved while i was trying to help them! It had to hurt, dabbing those bleeding wounds on their beaks. But as soon as i put food in there, they were happy to eat it. Guess they are going to live with the other chickens once they heal up.

Oh no, that is miserable. I hate doing butt checks every day. I have not hatched chicken chicks in a while but now i have 2 polish chicks.
