I can go outside and in just a couple mins the pain gets better but I cant breath in the heat. An hr in the air and the pain is back.

I keep it on 70. Sometimes it cant keep up with outside so like you said, if its 95 out it will be 75 in the house. I did find out I am not the only one this happens to.Oh, that might be a problem depending on what you consider "low". If it is 95° outside I don't guess I'd set it lower than 75° inside. Of course I don't have A/C except in the car so I can't give an informed opinion. I just know I hate going into really cold restaurants/stores, etc when it is boiling outside.
