Potassium doesn’t help, I’m probably dehydrated. Would explain the headache too. I don’t take any sort of meds unless desperate. So only for migraines to take the edge off.

Watching on the news where they're phasing out the B1 aircraft in favor of the B21. Shoot, it seems like just yesterday I was watching B52 airplanes flying around getting ready to be replaced by the B1.
