The thermo was reading 70, but the temp probe was high 30s in the bulk boxes so we cleaned it out, made the juice that was thawed, and boiled all the chicken, but refreezing the fries, corn dogs, and breads/doughs.

What really bugs me is you fill all that out and they don't look at it. They just ask you the same questions again. Grrr.

I am going to see about getting my eyelids fixed if insurance covers it. They are droopy and starting to limit my vision.
