Granny's gone and done it again

dehydration dont make it clear so maybe ?? LOLOL
You drank a lot yesterday (my whole bottle of water, 20 ounces!). You must have run out today. Need to drink MORE, and not just coffee. nag nag nag!

I hit a turtle the other day.. It's a dark road leading to the house for about two miles.. I was driving at about 50 mph and felt something that felt like a rock hit the bottom of the car.. I thought it broke something under my car, so I pulled over and saw it.. It hurt me bad, smh.. I called the animal control and they said they'd send someone, I pulled it to the side of the road and told them where they could find it.. I was sooo down about it.. I hate when I see young kids speed up to hit a turtle or a croc, and I usually stop traffic to let them cross.. I took two long swags of JD's, and thought about it all night..:(:(

That's why I drink beer..;)
Accidents happen. At least you have a conscience. First thing I ever ran over was a gopher snake. I was crying and grabbed it and was trying to decide what to do with it when a man came over from his yard to say the snake had been run over by the car in front of me, but the road was too dangerous to do anything about it... he was right. I was lucky not to have been run over myself.

Long while back, I found my big dog chewing on a big rock. I couldn't understand why she would be doing that. Then I saw it was a turtle. You never see turtles here outside of a pond, so we never figured out how it got on the property... maybe washed down a creek and trying to find its way back. It wasn't hurt, thankfully, just a few scratches. I took it back up the hill to a small pond. Happy endings are good. We need more of those. :)
