I went to town for lunch with a friend, feed, and a few things from Walmart. Bad idea, my body was not ready for that trip. I picked up the zinc lozenges and remembered I hate the way they make my mouth feel. :/

I don't like the taste/feel either, but it's worth it when they work. You only have to wait 15 minutes, then you can eat or drink to get the taste out of your mouth. Same reason why my youngster won't take them, and he's sick more than any of us.

The majority of mine are over 3, many of them almost 5 yrs now. I don't think a light will help them!

I have a heat lamp on for the Seramas. They started laying like gang busters this past month... handful of tiny eggs every day... it was great... then they went broody.
