Granny's gone and done it again

I have a ton of pork loin left over and its kinda tough. Any ideas of what to do with it besides Roberts suggestion of feeding it to the dogs ?

shred it and add bbq sauce OR some stock/water and crock pit if an see if it gets more tender.

wonderful idea, thank you. I have about half a bottle of BBQ sauce. No buns but thats ok. I will fix it and freeze it. :hugs
 
well I figure I got about 38 ounces of "useable" bacon fat out of 14 pounds of bacon, which isn't to bad really,
thats good ! Especially since you dont fry crispy
