morning all well the cop finally showed up to get my statement around midnight, Evidently the hospital checked him out and everything is ok so then he went to the crowbar motel in detox for the night, unless there is bail involved then I think he is in until tues.

Do it yourself before they show up. I wouldn't let that guy shovel a path in the snow to the door. Not if I wanted it done before the snow melted months later.
