Umm sorta just like that only I didnt even have stock I used water . then it wasnt thick enough from the bacon grease and flour so I mixed corn starch and water

Well, it IS pretty much impossible to make decent brown gravy without juices from the meat. Did the best you could I think.

WHY did they scrape your gums? I've never even heard of that. Sounds as painful as I gather it was.

whats the difference between salt and sodium ?

Good question. I doubt they have pure sodium in there so you would ASSUME it is in the form of a salt. There are any number of "salts" though not all would be good to have in food. Sodium Chloride (table salt) is the most common.

OMG I went to go bring my dogs in and I went lay down on the couch and there is a dead baby possum. I screamed and told my husband to get out here. He wouldn’t kill it. He likes possums. It will probably come back and kill my chickens.
