Well got the hay all covered with plastic to keep the pidgoen crap off it.

Then got the grain auger out and aired up tire, moved over to the grain "bins" cleaned and rinsed out the bins. Will be hauling and loading oats tomorrow. Price this year is $2.80 a bushel wonder what weight they (elevator) are considering a bushel this year.

I personally swear by it, hens seem to actually prefer it to the layer and easily cuts my layer bill by about 2/3's . I think I am going to try to fill both sides incase there is NO oats again next year.
 
CURLY SUE UPDATE

So I had hard boiled 48 eggs to feed back to the hens, Sue was watching as it turned into a "feeding frenzy" with the chickens and then with her tail in the air went racing thru the flock scattering chickens everywhere including some air born ones, Then Sue waited for the birds to all gather a second time and did it again.
