You can take the short cut and just cut off the breast meat. Don't even have to gut them.

Lady did that to me once at the swap. She was supposed to hold it for me. I was standing right there when she sold it for more $ . I told everyone there what she did and refused to buy from her ever again . She dont come anymore.
