Did payroll done, Sounds impressive don't it. Currently grand total of one part time employee.

Also got all the 3 quarter payroll taxes done what a PITA and all the deposits and checks written entered into the computer program and then EVERYTHING balance with the bank statement. I have/found an extra $400.00 from an addition error

do you replace flour for sugar in the bottom of your pans ?

the one didn't call for the pan to be greased or anything and the other one was just grease the pan NO flour.

honestly NOT sure I ever would , I would think it could burn/scorch what you are baking

I like the crust the sugar leaves and has always worked the same as flour for me.

that's what I thought. And the pan did eat the bottom of the loaf. But I usually trim the dark crust parts off and send to the chickens.

I used the coated loaf pans so I dont know if that makes a difference or not. Never burned. Just made it a little crunchy . different
