Granny's gone and done it again

I got Turkey Town fed and watered. Then i lashed together about 5 ' of welded wire and chain link for the roof. So nearly half done. Then i got tired, so i am back inside. Next i plan to sex and band those quail. I will put them in travel cages at that time. Little by little i will get there.

I'm baaack! :frow

I have all the paperwork to do the "ownership" registeration on the 3 new ones and also on the 4 boys he got. But NOT today.

I have NEVER seen a yak attack and then keep going back to try to either gore or grind into the ground the person they have just "thrown for a loop" /knocked to the ground.

BUT then I have never seen someone using a (small baseball bat) on a yak and being very pushy/aggressive towards a Yak and then turning their back on said animal in a very confined pen either.
Tibetan yaks are one of the oldest domesticated animals. Someone has to TRY to make them mean (Crazy Shirley not withstanding). Hopefully in a new place, she will calm down. You are becoming not so much a yak wrangler as a yak rehabilitator.

There is a fungus among one of us. Its MEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
Care to elaborate?

Robert just made mashed potatoes . From scratch :D
:celebrate I bet they were delicious!

I’ve only seen seagulls and pigeons in the city. The fields have crows, doves, and pheasants.
I thought the one in your pic looked like a seagull. Right shape and proportion for the wings.
Hope you hare having a blast!

Bout got killed by a tour bus on the Haleakala road 30 years ago. I was heading down the switchbacks, it came around a turn probably 1/2 mile from where I was, in my lane. I was on the outside, nothing but DOWN to my right. He NEVER got back in his lane, I was very lucky there was a wide part of the shoulder that I pulled into as he passed still in my lane. Almost a "new underwear" moment.

Then I returned the rental car and hung out on the beach for a couple of hours until my flight back to Oahu. Sitting second row from the back, prop plane. It starts to take off and we noticed the rear door was ajar. Then it wasn't ... because it had flown open and we were up several hundred feet. So the plane kind of made a square and landed. Other than those two things Maui was very nice.
Yikes! All the close calls out there... amazing there aren't more accidents. Maui has changed a whole lot in 30 years. Almost a different place now. Sugar cane industry has been shut down. Fields lying fallow with small scruffy patches of cane standing.

Thanks granny, I gave her a bully stick and she chewed on that. So I don’t think it’s her mouth hurting. I am trying it all. Today she ate some raw hamburger, roasted cauliflower, two roasted Brussels sprouts. Last night she ate rotisserie chicken. 4.99 at Costco. Good deal.
Pot of chicken and rice enticed my old dog to eat when she would quit.

Well I ha

Well, I haven't had goats in a few years. That's why I'm losing one field. It's too steep and rough to mow.
Electric fencing might work, but maybe hornless goats would be best.

Welcome back, you were missed!

Lets go to Maui they said, It will be fun they said...
It WOULD be fun! But expensive. Gotta fly then if you don't want to hang out near the airport you gotta rent a car.

And I almost crash into the garage because apparently I can’t drive, talk and explain where it’s located
There may be a reason it is illegal to use hand held devices while driving in some states. Though apparently in Ohio it is only illegal to text while driving.
